How to Read the Rejected Ration Card Search Result
The result shows the card details first: New Ration Card No, FSC Reference No, Card Type, District, Office Name, FPShop No, Head of the Family, Gas Connection and Consumer No. Below that is a member table with a Rejected Reasons column.

Name mismatch is one possible cause, not the only one. Say the form carried "K. Ramesh" and the Aadhaar record says "Kandula Ramesh". The two spellings may be treated as different people.
- Lay the card, the Aadhaar and any other proof side by side.

- Fix the record that is wrong. Aadhaar changes go through the Aadhaar authority. Card changes go through the ration card office.
